Admiration Here we go again.... sweat
The world Of Ayoris is in a chaos, the world wars have finally begun taking it's toll on the land. The Union led by Regis of the Light is set on uniting all races under one king and banner, regardless of the loss of culture or opinions of the other race. Ashera leader of the trinity, many flock under her will to allow each race its own place and culture to be as it is. Then there is Nickolai Shades the leader of Freedom March a united front of guilds, or as many who have been at the mercy of his wrath his thugs. He doesn't care who wins the conflict or which guild fight for who; his goal is solely money related. The Demons and other races have kept neatly out of these affairs for the most part, helping or hindering when it benefits their needs. The world is on the brink of disaster and no leader seems to notice it; can anyone bring peace to the world before it is too late? Or is it too far gone to help?

The Union:

It was going to be another tough battle indeed; the Trinity forces had the clear advantage in this no name forest. They'd been struggling for days against each other, neither army willing to back down or rest. If something didn't happen soon they'd either have to surrender or they would lose a huge chunk of the forces; if that happened they'd need to rely on guild for a while. It was a grim stalemate with stakes far to high for them to simply give up; and to make matters worse it looked like a storm was going to come in. Regis stared out over the thousand strong tent filled field, these warriors and mages had lost so much; and would lose more. They knew the risks of joining up, and he didn't care if some cannon fodder got taken out if it meant gaining a few more leagues of land for the Union. Ashera would rue the day she pitted her people against him; he had lost so much because of the racist people around him, because of who his parents were. He would not let purebred lock out his people any longer, he would win. No matter the Cost.

The Trinity:
Ashera sighed miserably, kneeling beside an injured human and healed her; the woman thanked her weakly. This was a pointless battle; their ideals were so similar but Regis' was practically preforming genocide on those who refused to join his silly cause. Death was all around her, cries of children and mothers rang out as her people hurried to help those that were not warrior flee deeper into the forests. A comforting hand on her shoulder alerted her to his presence; it was Nikolai Shade. Ashera shrugged it off, while he had his own personal guild fighting with her people she still did not trust him or his intentions. She'd sooner surrender her body to a snake than him. He frowned looking hurt, but she didn't care; she'd lost too much today to be pleasant with anyone. She struggled with the bitter rage that seemed to be corrupting her slowly from the inside out; this halfling and his reckless endeavor had taken her father and sister from her. No! She would not so easily lose her own ideals because she was alone; they would make him see. Or should would die trying.

Freedom March(Guilds):

Nikolai growled, gods above he was fawning of this bloody elf and practically throwing his ambitions to the wind for her and her stupid cause! But...the look of torment on her face twisted something within him that he'd thought had long since been killed. He shook his mane irritably; it was like he was a cub all over again. Chasing after the pretty female who had a kind word for everyone; a smiling human face flashed across his vision. Another growl left his lips, this was not the time to be recalling a past that could not be changed nor relived. Yet still he lingered after the Fae girl's affections like he had a chance; no pure fae would even consider him. Fae were rare to outbreed from their own kinds; and he knew that. But that would n't stop him from trying. He wouldn't let her down again.

From behind the King knelt a single lone entity. It's head bowed down as if watching the previous steps the King had taken to get to his standing point. It's right arm bent at a perfect 90-degree angle from the center of its form. It's hand clenched into a meaningful fist placed directly in the center of it's chest. Over what could only be presumed to be it's only source of life, that which pumped life sustaining energy through it's very being, in-which existence would be meaningless without. It's King. It's head arose, with it, an energy that could only have been drowned out by the redness of it's eyes. They shined like like a steadfast fire one that burned endlessly within confinement. Or with similarity to reddened opal, a jewel that showed all that was good in the world saturated with; anger, sadness and the very life force of all those that have stood in its Kings path, blood. If one found the mental fortitude to break away from it's gaze they would see a turban held in place by a black band, adorned with fine jewels and golden strands. The golden jewelry would have swooned any person seeking riches surely they would ignore the true accented piece. Seven white feathers aligned the headdress, the ends showing a red not unlike it's eyes, only dimmer, lacking in life force.

"Yes. No matter the cost. My king."

Then and only then did everything else become visible, did anything else become audible. Yes, there was a battle currently going on. There were the screams and battle cries of all those involved, along with those who would have rather been left out of the days happenings. But this was war. A war that would not see an end until all; human, fae, and beast alike stood under one reigning flag, one rule not to be discriminated against for minor things such as race, not until Regis, the one and only true King ruled over them all would this land ever see peace again.

With the orders of its King acting like that of a divine and holy shield it walked towards the battlefield.

"Hmph..." Nox growled darkly, eyes shimmered from her perch at the edge of the field; this was not going to get in the way of where she needed to go today. Briefly she noted Nikolai's scent on the wind, making her expression darker than it was before. How the hell was she suppose get across without being noticed? Lingering here would ensure she was going to get caught, and with what she'd done; neither side would show here much mercy. Years passed or not. Still, it was better to make a run for it while there were people cleaning up after the most recent skirmish. Warily she eyed the forest where the rest of Holy Crown and the Trinity lingered, testing her luck she wandered closer the Union side of the field. King Charmless was less likely to bother with her considering the circumstances, though one never knew.

Wind brought the overwhelming stench of death with it, and she snorted at it. Glad for the mask she wore, even if it was as useless as the corpses she'd raise in the event someone attacked her. Already she could tell, it was going to be a long day.

As the figure ventured closer to the battle it was as if everything began to slow. It's eyes looked back and forth across the battlefield taking in everything. With it's right hand, the same one it had covered it's heart with it reached behind itself grasping the handle of a scythe. Pulling it straight out from behind it made a distinct sound, like a metal snake slithering across the ground. As it's hand reached parallel from its body a chain could be seen coming from the end of the handle. In one swift motion the arm came across its center, its left hand grabbing ahold of the chain that ran from the scythe. Bringing it's right arm out forcefully he threw the scythe towards an unsuspecting warrior who was currently engaged in battle with one of his own 'allies'. As the scythe cut through the air the figure began to pick up it's pace, running forward diving in and out of combatants. The scythe cut into the neck of the enemy that was targeted, only stopping once it reached the vertebrae of its victim. It stopped running through the field and stood there for a millisecond, waiting. Everything lined up, it was content with how the pieces were layed out. Pulling on the chain in an upwards fashion it dislodged itself from the neck of its target. It moved with a purpose following the chain that connected it to it's wielder. The figure moved its hand downward to the left, the scythe turned and sliced through the left arm someone, it moved directly right, the scythe jumped up catching one in the lower jaw and ripping through it with ease. On this went with the figure looking like that of a conductor for an orchestra, the scythe following every small movement effortlessly as it did its masters will slicing and cutting through all that were in its way. a metallic sound was heard as the scythe came to a stop inside the palm of the figure. 12 bodies hit the floor dead, 10 others were now wounded to the point of no longer being a threat. The figure didn't admire its handy wok as it already knew what would happen. it began to walk forward, its soldies now free from battle following close behind.

"Fuck me..." Leave it to fate to royally screw her straight up the ass; of course she'd run into what looked like the most dangerous person on the field. Well not technically running into as walking in the directly into their peripheral vision. Frozen she watched them dispatch a large group of people, with the indifference of a fellow Necromancer. Only the bodies stayed face down in the blood soaked earth; briefly she debated on raising the corpses to distract the now group of people who marched dutifully behind this messenger of sorts. Their robes glinting with the tell-tale signs of a well cared for servant or slave of sorts. Though she dreaded the thought of implying such a thing to the Man's (?) face, it could end her otherwise lengthy life. But there they were directly blocking the way she need to go; and she was to close to simply just sneak away. Grumbling lightly she simply stilled, hoping this new force would ignore her presence to continue their mission. Though with the way her luck was going she doubted that the good Lady had the pity to keep her safe from what might be her next Master.

Joynar brought his right hand up into the air with 2 fingers upwards he made a half circle in the air before bringing it forward halfway down to his 3o'clock position. 8 soldiers ran forward in that direction about 70 meters, bringing the hand all the way to the right side of his body with only one finger pointing outwards 4 soldiers ran towards the immediate 5o'clock position 70 meters out. Bringing his right hand up to the upper left with 1 finger still extended another small group of four soldiers ran towards the 10o'clock position 70 meters out, bringing his middle finger up to meet his index he quickly waved to his left side with all five of his fingers, 8 soldiers ran to the 7o'clock position holding 70 meters. Bringing his right hand directly upwards he put two fingers into the air then curled one, then curled the last one so that only a fist remained high in the air. 2 soldiers directly at his six ran to sides maintaining a 6meter distance from him and one another. the last 6 soldiers fell back approximately 90meters from joynar's immediate six. seventy meters separated joynar from his soldiers on all sides, 140meters separated the furthest squads from one-another. Of course not counting for the one 6 man squad placed 90 meters back from the center who were to act as replacements for the forward leading forces, or even back-up if need be. The distance between one another also served to help break them apart so that even larger AoE spells could not simply wipe them all out, and that so most would not be able to tell they were functioning as a singular mobile fighting unit. To most it should have looked like just a single charge with no read lead. This served as an impronto formation, it wasn't something he had planned or they had even practiced, but he needed to account for the flat terrain, the tree line, and his soldiers who were all from different units entirely. They however took their commands and acted as best and as quickly as they could, to joynar's dismay. Their best simply wasnt good enough, they were too slow, they should have all been able to come up with and act on their own, or at least one of them should have come to the front to lead. 5.4 seconds. it took 5.4 seconds from the issue of the first command to the final movement of the last soldier for this formation to be formed, all while still moving forward "I'll make sure to drill discipline into them once again." With that single thought he took off running, making sure to go slow enough so that the two soldiers behind him would'nt fall too far behind.

The four soldiers who ran towards the 5o'clock position from joynar met a singular fae female 25meters out. All four of them made an elongated 'X' around her, two soldiers stood close in diagnal angles from her, while two others stood some distance away, two of the soldiers should naturally be in her blindspots. three soldiers from the rearward squad began to run along the same path that the four soldiers had just taken, they completely ignored the fight that was soon to unfold and went to attend their new positions at the 5o'clock position 70meters. Hopefully the transitioning of the soldiers and the amount running 'towards' her would have threw her off slightly so that she would not have noticed three of the four soldiers that surrounded her charging forward, while the fourth one joined the rearward squad that was running forward.

She was officially calling it, today was going to be nightmare. Honestly what did she ever do to end up like this? Do I even need to ask myself that question anymore? Huffing she muttered, "Humans never learn, I fucking swear." Was it not common knowledge that Fae had some of the best hearing besides the Beastfolk? Or did they have some sort of plan to capture her? Either way she didn't have time for this, if Nikolai noticed her then she was done for. Barking out a dark curse under her breath she raised several of the fresh corpses their leader had so helpfully provided for her; hopefully enough of a distraction that they gave her pause. What she wouldn't give to be able to use elemental magic at the moment. Soft orbs of gold bobbed almost cheerfully around her form, a eerie tune filling the air; familiar to all but place-less, like a lullaby long forgotten. Golden orbs narrowed angrily, frustration setting her teeth on edge. She hadn't done anything to these bastards but their leader had stuck them against her regardless! Needlessly throwing away the lives of ever single person with a fifty meter radius; hardhearted bastard.

"Don't worry too much...I'll lay your souls to rest." Nox sighed softly, May your heart and soul find peace and comfort...As we grieve know that we are remembering you and honoring your memory." A miniature flash of light erupted as the orbs burst, killing plant, animal, and man instantly. Pain causing her to tense almost inconceivably as the backlash of the spell hit her. She really did hate people.

Leaning forward on the very edge of his throne Regis brought a hand under his chin and studied a slightly flickering image that was projected directly in front of him. The image showed the land from a half mile above moving from side to side giving a real view of everything as it unfolded. Regis squinted as he looked at the troops on the ground. Both sides were experiencing casualties, slay one, get slain. The battle appeared to be a repeat of the days before, when it seemed as if either side gained ground they'd be wiped out and forced back to their line, neither side capable of breaking the enemies ranks. Or so it seemed. Regis knew his men were strong, they were well trained, and fed like soldiers should. However he feared he hadn't the numbers to match the trinity. Time was against him, with every swing of a blade, with every word uttered he sensed morale fading, perhaps it was his own conscious sending his men into a battle where the most beneficial end would be to hold their ground, stalemate. They were fighting not to lose, winning may well have been taken from them by his decision to bring "C"harlie batt for this battle. "Heh" he chuckled slightly. The warrior in him said to have his men fight to the death, no surrender no retreat. He clenched his fist tightly and gritted his teeth. However he was King, and as king he was trusted with the life of every being under his rule, he was trusted to live up to his word, to accomplish the unifying of the world. "I've seen all i need veteys." The image flickered 3, 4 times before going out. On both knees holding up their hands knelt a fae priest. "Send the clerics into the field and have them begin with 2nd priority, then 1st, have all 3rd and better troops stand-by as forward 'shields'." He sat back in his throne and took a deep breath. "Once they acknowledge. Send request to ashura for a temporary cease fire. Tell them 'the day has taken a toll on both sides, no one should fight an unwinnable battle. Her men are truly admirable'."

The Trinity:
Ashera waved down the archers who trained their arrows on Shimmering Gem that materialized before them, a message from the 'Warrior King:' this would be something she'd want to hear. Carefully she stood before the waving image of his Royal Priest; who bowed slightly. "Greetings Queen Ashera; I bring a message from my Lord and King Regis Blackheart. Will you hear it?" Ashera waved him on, a weary sigh escaping her lips. "He congratulates you on having a wondrous army filled with Highly skilled men. He also requests a temporary Cease Fire, until the Dawn's first light. This way both sides can recollect their wounded and rest for the evening. What say you?" Glancing around at her men she grumbled in irritation, hating that they could not push any further without losing more men. Begrudgingly she agreed. "We accept his terms,
and thank him for his generosity to our people."
Ordering her men to stand down she dismissed the image of the Royal Priest; startling at an explosion towards the Northern part of the battle field. She didn't have any mages that far ahead; what kind of monster had bared it's fangs this time?

'The day has taken a toll on both sides, no one should fight an unwinnable battle. We've enacted a temporary cease fire until dawn. Everyone is to stand down, and to help attend to the wounded." Like one's own personal thoughts Regis's voice echoed throughout every living union allie on the battlefield. The soldiers with joynar began to look at one another unsure of the situation at hand. Joynar slowed his pace before coming to a complete stop. "You've heard our king. Top priority is to attend to our wounded, no more fighting shall be allowed." his voice was deep and commanding, loud enough so everyone could hear him clearly. Joynar gazed at the two that he had personally picked to act as his rear guard. "You two will remain at my side. The rest of you return to our comrades, and adhere to the orders given by our King. Go!" with that the makeshift unit of 27 soldiers comprised of a mix of mages, archers, and melee attackers about faced to return and aid their comrades. "From this moment, we are no longer a part of the Union army. Remove your crests, and trust in my judgement" The archer did so without question, tucking it into his boot. The mage stared at joynar with a questionable look. "The king has ordered us to return. I apologize, but i question your motives sir." The red mage grasped the crest on his shoulder and tucked it into his shirt. "But your are my superior. So i must follow." Joynar nodded and turned towards the tree line "Stealth will be our main objective here. Archer, 75-150m in all forward directions is your sector. Mage, 25-75m in all forward directions will be your primary, 75-100m will be your secondary sector. Keep your heads about you." without a single other word he raised his right hand and waved it forward, they began to move out towards the tree line in a diagonal angle to reduce the odds of detection."

"Hey you!" She snapped, charging past the curious group of men; only one thinking to stop her by putting a hand on her shoulder. "Where are you going? The King had ordered a cease fire." The glare she leveled on him made him flinch backwards from her; removing his hand quickly. Shoving him several feet backwards she stormed towards the retreating man dressed in black. "I said wait a fucking minute!" Nox was running now, eyes fixated on this man. Part of her was desperately urging to simply use this as a chance to retreat across the field; to get by undetected. Another much smaller part wanted to see what kind of person this powerful being was, gods she was such an attention whore. But mostly she just wanted to see if finally someone would just end it all; she was tired of it all. But not enough so that she'd leave this place without some sort of fight. The distance between them shrunk from 200 meters to 100, then 50; finally she brushed past the two soldiers hand reaching towards him-- two arrows slammed into her back; causing her to stumble awkwardly into the man. Golden iris narrowed into slits, floating orbs sparking into existence. A growl filled her throat as she turned towards the woman; who briefly looked nervous before nocking another arrow. Several feet away the Red mage began mutter under her breath as well, eyes flickering between her and the man dressed in black.

Beyond them the men she'd ignored were turning towards them, likely realizing she was not a member of their army. "You people never godsdamned learn do you?" She hissed cracking her knuckles, expression dark enough to make it seem as if she'd commanded the heavens themselves to release their burdens.

Joynar turned to face the new lone adversary. He brought his left hand up in a relaxed manner, signaling his men to cease. "A cease fire was ordered on these lands until dawn. Why do you intend to disregard the wishes of Queen Ashura and King Regis?" he spoke to his men who had fired the arrows and prepared to kill this individual. Joynar made note of her eyes turning from amber to a golden color surrounded by a black 'border'. "Are you not the one who released that light earlier? I do believe you ended the lives of three?" as he spoke his troops that he told to follow the Kings orders began to come in closer. Yet something else that displeased joynar. "How dare any of you go against the King!? Failure to follow the simplest of orders leads to death on the battlefield! Your comrades die as you chase a lone individual! THINK before you ACT! now go!" his voice was fierce and thunderous, their actions may have been well intended but they fell on the line of insubordination, something he couldn't easily ignore. He calmed himself the soldiers moved with a haste to return to their own line to attend the wounded. "Now tell me. What is it you desire from us?"

Startled Nox glanced at the man she'd been pursuing, he seemed indifferent to her right up to the point of waving off his own men. She could have laughed were she not so surprised. "....You're not gonna avenge them?" She questioned carefully, eyes flickering in uncertainty. He kiiled so many in a blink of the eye; yet when confronted he was calm. Was this bastard underestimating her? Growling at him, her eyes shone a bit brighter; orbs quivering with her unspoken rage. Always, Always people thought she was nothing more than a shadow. "If you were told to retreat then why are you still heading towards the other side?" She clenched her teeth, seething at the gall this man had. "Planning on something King Charmless wouldn't approve of then?" If was a challenge to see if he would fight; show he was as shady as she was. Cause his own men to turn against him. Though she doubted he'd fall for it.

"I do recall asking you a question woman." Joynar had completely ignored everything the woman was saying, there was no need to indulge her. Her attire, such as his, showed no actual crest or sign of alignment. So he could only assume she was someone who had gotten mixed into the fray. He hoped to avoid a fight, it could possibly delay him longer than just the small chat they were having. He sighed in his mind, it was as if these sorts of things happened at the least opportune time, as is the nature of war perhaps. If this woman attempted to draw the conversation on for too long then the quickest way to be rid of her would be death, albeit a fight without as flashy as her may well give away his position. "seeing as you have no intention to answer my question, i will not answer yours. I'll simply ask that you be on your way as the matters here do not concern you" Joynar turned his back to the woman, and started to walk away, the two soldiers behind him taking the same course of action.

Freedom March:
Nikolai narrowed his gaze at the familiar scent of death that had lingered up until the rain had began to fall. Of all the times for her to show up, why was it when they finally had a small window of reprieve she decided to appear? A deep growl left his throat, ignoring the questioning look Ashera tossed his way as he advanced onto the field. Grey eyes expertly searching for the telltale shimmer of the souls his ward kept as pets. Part of him wanted to leave her be, let her think he was still angry at her for killing his former left hand man. But his voice reminded him of his responsibility to keep her safe. The rain clouding his vision enough that he couldn't pin point her location; ignoring the gut feeling that she was going to get his ass handed to him by somebody. Why on earth was he such a decent guy...?
======

"Wait a minute!" Nox snarled reaching for him again. "You'll restart the battle if they see you!" Her brain working a mile a minute, could he be trying to assassinate one of the other side's leaders? Her mind briefly flashed to a mane of shaggy white hair, and a flash of molten gold pierce through the pouring gloom. Two dozen souls glittering eagerly with the chance to slaughter any that stood before them. Grabbing his shoulder tightly she let out a noise that was a cross between a growl and enraged grunt. " I don't really know what your up to but...If you think I'm going to let you get away with fucking up his hard work? Not Today!"

The woman screamed out to attempt to gain his attention once again. She blabbered on for a second or two, the tone of her voice getting more out of touch as she spoke. This woman, no this girl, was not one that would control her emotions, perhaps she simply couldn't. When a hand was felt grabbing a hold of his shoulder he wasn't surprised. She made her intentions very clear before she had made the physical movement.

At the instance her hand made contact with his being, joynar turned in the same direction as the shoulder she had grabbed onto. This would do three things; firstly, it would immediately alert his soldiers that they would no longer ignore the female as his previous actions dictated, she was now truly a threat. Second, it would cause her to either 'fall' forward toward the shoulder she grasped and lose balance if she didn't release him, or it would simply place her directly within joynars reach if she released her hold, the two facing each other. Third, it would act as concealment for his counter. As he spun he used the arm she had a/previous hold of to swipe in an arcing movement infront of her face towards her arm that was/is holding his shoulder to 'attempt' to grasp at it between her palm and wrist. If successful he would twist it downwards following the arc of his moving hand. Whether or not any of his movements made contact mattered not, if she avoided his every move up until that moment, or if every one of his moves proved successful he would use his other hand to throw the weighted end of of his chain towards her trachea in an attempt to quickly crush her windpipe preventing her from being able to utter a single word, and to ultimately allow her a relatively slow death so she may be able to reflect on her foolishness.

This is what they waited on. As long as their commanding officer had his back turned it would be taken as a silent order to ignore the woman. No words needed be spoken. The moment he turned to face her she became a danger that needed to be eliminated. The Red mage immediately began to chant while backing away from from the confrontation by 2m. The archer still with a single arrow still nocked, ready to be released in this exact circumstance took aim at the side of the female, if it would manage to fly true, one, perhaps both of her lungs would be pierced through. She released her gentle grip on the arrow. It flew. Perhaps due to the increasing winds, or due to simple nervousness it flew wide. It could be seen curving off target ever so slightly. If the woman did not move backwards the arrow would likely fly harmlessly past her back by about 6 inches. The archer smirked as this was the exact outcome she wished for. Targeting the enemy with her officer there would be dangerous. The best thing she could possibly do would be to limit the enemies rearward movement while her C.O dealt the first and final blow.

Sneering darkly at the man when he turned with her tug she let out a low hiss, dropping low to the ground in a tense crouch. The arrow passing harmlessly by as she swept the mans feet out from under him; her triumph short lived as the tell tale clink of his little toy rang out and she barely managed to avoid loosing her head, taking a deep hit in her shoulder. "Bloody hell..." She pressed a hand to her shoulder pulling it away soaked with blood, though the rain washed it away soon enough. Little orbs of gold burned as their lovely shade of gold, blackened in a rage that matched her own gaze; were her mask not covering her features a snarl would have been seen present. Quickly she mounted the man, pinning his arms under her knees as she leaned in close to see his features. Knowing she'd find indifference she spat out her next words with a venom that could have killed. "What kind of person sneaks around when ordered to retreat? You're nothing but a coward who cannot fight people head on..." She paused as a familiar howl sounded from a few miles away; she barked out something in a dark language and two of the orbs sped towards the sound. Nox knew that she would get seriously injured; she could fight but if she used her Death magic she'd put herself in a position of sure fire misfortune. But she had no reason to let this man do as he pleased, she was not going to let him kill anyone today.

As his feet were kicked out from under him his eyes gleamed for but a sec, he wasn't surprised that the girl had done it. He left her and his entire lower bodies open. What he was surprised at was the smoothness at which she immediately reacted to his every move, and dodging an arrow at that. He had indeed underestimated her physical combat abilities, even if a little, perhaps subconsciously. That wouldn't be something he would allow twice, one way or another she would fall.

Almost as quickly as he had hit the ground he found himself with his arms pinned by the girls knees. She leaned in close as if to get a look of the one under the mask. She began to yell nonsense in his face, her breath smelling like she no sense of personal hygiene. A howl was heard some distance away. The girl paused as if her body instinctively reacted to the call. leaving an opening. At the exact moment she seemed the most distracted by the howl he headbutted the girl while moving his legs upwards to hook around her armpits. Using his legs he proceeded to pull away from him, while pushing upwards with his hands that were still on the ground to force the girls back onto the floor to give him the dominant position on top.

A semi dulled red light began to emanate from the female red mage's eyes and hands. "orb necuvioși!" The light began to encapsule the female that was engaged with their C.O. It was a spell that was meant to affect the users very vision. The spell under perfect circumstances would cause complete blindness in the one targeted. Double vision, nearsightedness, farsightedness, dilated pupils, are only some of the other possible effects on the targeted. The archer seeing her c.o had the female pinned and the red light surrounding her nocked two arrows as quickly as she could. She took aim at the female on the ground and released the arrows. The arrows stuck into the clothing covering the girls arms right below the elbows. to hold her to the floor. So that her c.o could do as they pleased with her.

This was rather unexpected. As the girl hit the floor a red light surrounded her body. He knew very little of the red arts, but knew they were the cause of battles turning when all seemed loss. Two arrows flew past him from either side, two separate thuds heard as the arrows lodged themselves into the ground through the females clothing. He wanted to kill her right here, right now, if not he knew she had a great possibility of becoming a threat to the kingdom in the future. BUt time was not on his side. He waved his hand backwards towards himself the red mage and the archer took off back on their previous path towards the tree line. Without looking at the girl joynar got up, and took up the rear of the three person formation as he could better handle possible attacks from the rear than either of the others could.

Hissing in pain she couldn't help the dark laughter that bubbled from her throat as the arrows pinned her to the ground; seemingly giving up as they pulled away from her slowly. Little shits thought that hindering her vision was going to make her stop from ending their insufferable existence? " Let's see how well you fare without you little whores~ May your heart and soul find peace and comfort...As we grieve know that we are remembering you and honoring your memory!" Screw it, it would be worth it to see the look on his face. A sharp wind reeking of death exploded from her direction, causing a dull roar to sound; briefly she noted the strange man glance back at the noise. It blasted past him hitting the two women with enough ferocity that they staggered, at first seeming doing nothing. Seconds later the archer grasped her throat as it turned black, little orbs joyously dancing around her as she suffocated before she could scream out in panic that would forever be etched on her features. The red mage likely having a barrier of sorts didn't get a clean death, instead her entire left side rotted almost instantly, crumbling as she shrieked out in fear. A trail of black rounding around the green circle of untouched earth seemingly protected the mysterious man. Nox regretted nothing as she nearly cackled in amusement when the rebound of the spell hit her viciously. Blood dripped from her eyes and her cloths looked darker as bloodspots appeared randomly on her body. She still had a twinkle of triumph in her eyes as they dimmed in the light of unconsciousness.

=======
Freedom March:
Nikolai knew something was wrong when two of her wisps flurried around him as he drew closer to the location they were leading him to. He managed to reach her right as a nasty spell of hers cut past a man with feathers in his headdress, nearly getting caught up in the destructive wave himself. Eyes narrowing warily at this man, he hurried over to Nox with a huff of indignation. Tossing her unceremoniously over his shoulder he put on a strained grin as he referred to the man. "Let's call it even since you're down two me--er women and she's unconscious yeah?" He began backing away slowly hand carefully hovering over his blade.

A feeling of absolute dread, and misery swept through joynar's entire being causing the hairs on the back of his neck to stand as if trying to leave the area. One thought ran through his mind as he looked back knowing exactly where the source of the feeling emanated from. ""I should have killed her..." his thought trailed off as the very breath was knocked from his lungs, sending him to the ground. He blacked out.

The State of unconsciousness was very temporary. He awoke mere seconds later, almost certain he had died. But this was worse. The archer was grasping at her throat which had turned an the color of decay. The mage's fate was similar, her left side turning back to the dust from which it came. Death for them both came within seconds, but the pain they expressed showed they would carry it with them into the next life. Joynar didnt bat an eye as he watched. He expected his own life to in much the same way, why wouldnt it?

"Let's call it even since you're down two me--er women and she's unconscious yeah?" a somewhat familiar voice brought him back to the current reality. He was not dead, nor would the spell the female had cast claim his life. Joynar didnt respond. Right there infront of him was the leader of the freedom march, killing him would place his King one step closer to achieving a truly righteous world. No. For some reason not a single thought ran through his mind. He was blank. He had failed at every possible turn. He should be dead. He wished to be dead. His one and only mission a failure.
